The membership fields are updated from the My Account page. Under the Configuration tab, expand the “Membership Fields Mapping” section. Be sure to save are changes to this section before moving on to other sections.
Before you can map your database fields, you will first need to enter your Wild Apricot API Key so that ApricotMaps can access your custom fields. If you have not set up your API Keys yet, click here for instructions.
In order to properly list your members in the directory, you will need to map your core database fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Organization Name (Optional)
- Email Address
- Phone Number*
- Website (Optional)
- Member Summary* (Optional)
- Photo / Logo Field (Optional)
Note: Address-related fields are mapped in a different section. If your directory is setup for multiple locations per member, the Phone Number and Summary will be set up in the Address section.
